TipTop PC is committed to the best possible quality and service. Our engineers respond promptly and will keep you informed (without too much technical jargon) of what's happening during the service.

The minimum billable callout time is 1 hour and the engineer will be sure to inform you exactly how long he expects the solution to take. The average time per job is between 1 & 2 hours - and most are completed within 3 hours at most. Appointments can be made for between 9am and 8pm.
